We will notify you by email once your item(s) ship. Digital Files are available immediately upon completion and approval of artwork -- normally 3-5 business days (up to 4 additional days during holidays).

Once your artwork is completed, we will email you a proof for your review and approval. We will begin production on your photo display or gifts as soon as your artwork approval is received. Digital Files are sent via email as soon as artwork approval is received.
